Bloody Roar was one of the most original fighting titles
to hit the Sony Playstation. It took a totally new approach to the fighting genre with it's Beast System. Basically, what happens is that as you are playing, there's a meter called the Beast Meter which fills up. The moment this gauge is full, you can transform into a more powerful form. What this entails is faster, more powerful moves which in the end makes the game fairly dramatic and entertaining. In Beast Mode, Alice turns into a killer rabbit, Fox turns into a fox and Greg turns into a giant gorilla.
