"Memories" is a bold re-imagining of the first "Silent
Hill" It is completely different with only the initial concept resembling anything from the original game. You play as Harry Mason, a writer who loses his daughter during a car accident in the snow. It's your job to find out what happened to her. This game's claim to fame is the "choose your adventure" style structure. At the beginning of each "memory", you'll be asked a series of questions from a psychologist that will alter certain aspects in the story's presentation. The game itself is about 5 to 6 hours long, but multiple endings (5 to be exact) will intrigue fans. As far as the gameplay is concerned, it's nothing that won't thrill non-"Silent Hill" fans. You spend alot of time walking through enviroments searching for audio logs, making calls and being chased by supernatural beings (which you can't attack). Harry has a cell phone is a tool that acts as a "bayonet" knife. It can be used for taking pics, bringing up the map, and making calls.
This version of the game is a true NTSC copy and not a PAL conversion.... Have fun!!!
